QGD Series 0.5 Hp Deep Well Submersible Clean Screw Water Pump
The pump set of QGD submersible electric pump is located on the upper part of the electric pump, and its main components are screw and rubber stator; Double end mechanical seal is used between water pump and motor. It is especially suitable for underground pumping, farmland irrigation, aeration and drainage of aquaculture, garden spraying, hotels, canteens, high-rise buildings and other places in rural areas.
Because of its high lift (generally 50 meters) and small pump diameter, submersible screw electric pump is especially suitable for small diameter underground water lifting and long-distance water delivery.
Service conditions and precautions:
1. The liquid temperature of the transmitted water source is less than+40 ℃;
2. PH value is between 6.5 and 8.5;
3. The ratio of solid impurities in water shall not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm;
4. The electric pump shall be used within a proper range near the rated lift. The operating head of submersible electric pump shall not be too low. Less than 80% of the specified lift will easily cause the thermal protector to work, making the electric pump stop running, or even causing damage;
5. The diving depth shall not exceed 15m; The minimum depth shall not be less than 0.5m.
